Chuck Roxin founded his consulting firm in 1983. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), a designation  held by less than 10% of management consultants in the US. Born into a family business, he worked in and managed all business functions including  quality control, financial analysis, COO and CEO.

 

Over the years he has worked with every kind of business; family and closely held, publically traded, S-corps, C-corps, LLC's, and Partnerships. From start-ups, through growing firms, Fortune 500 companies to M&A and other exits, Chuck has participated in all stages of business. Prior to starting his consultancy Chuck held management positions not only in  business but also in the not for profit and public sectors.

 

He brings to his clients these decades of experience, perspective and professionalism.

 

He follows and is an advocate for the IMC's Code of Ethics.
